Incident Recording

The incident recording module of the system is based on a series of pre entered incident descriptions that have been drawn up by Charles Evans, Glyn Rowlands and the operators. Using standard descriptions such as this enables the incidents to be analysed accurately and graphs can be drawn illustrating the most commonly occurring incidents in each area. The operators can build up an incident with a minimum of key strokes and use of the mouse, keeping the risk of RSI (repetitive strain injury) to a minimum.
